Ozzie for some reason doesn’t want folks to know about the several different email addresses he uses to conduct County business in secret. Ozzie’s problem is that because I have excellent sources I know about them so providing a Nissen Affidavit is problematic for him, and of course he would like to know exactly which private email addresses I have. Ozzie has even gone to the extent of trying to convince the Spokane County Prosecutors Office I’m “delusional”, the problem is the record is clear I’m not, at least when it comes to this issue! 😊

The fact is that if Ozzie were to provide a Nissen Affidavit to me under oath and I have evidence that he has conducted County business from his private email addresses and fails to report them or provide responsive documents from those email addresses he could be in the same situation Hillary Clinton is in.

Having said all that, and with respect to my Public Records Request concerning Ozzie’s allegation against Mr. John Christina, here is here we stand as of today.

It isn’t like providing a Nissen Affidavit was a big deal to Mike Volz, John Christina, and the County Commissioners, they didn’t have a problem with it, so the question is “WHY DOES OZZIE HAVE A PROBLEM DOING IT?”.

If you are wondering what Ms. Kinnick did provide me in response to my PRR it was two pages of one of the ways some folks like to communicate privately using Facebook PM, which is nice, but I just want the Nissen Affidavit the law requires.
