Once my lawyer Andrew Corsberg realized that some “Baby Boomer Curmudgeons” have an odd sense of humor, and especially this Curmudgeon, everything went great and Andrew was able to get everything I wanted from Ozzie’s attempt to silence me. Andrew is a sharp young (single) lawyer whose office is at The Center for Justice, he did an outstanding job for me, and I look forward to working with him again in the passion we share in getting to the truth…more to come on exactly that.

Keeping in mind that this effort by Ozzie, Prosecutor Larry Haskell, and DPA Steve Kinn who works at the pleasure of Mr. Haskell, was an expensive move on the taxpayer’s dime that didn’t accomplish what they intended and which you will see is very likely to end up being costlier for the taxpayer as the battle seeking the truth progresses.

HERE IS THE SETTLEMENT…AND I LOVE IT:
