I have been keeping track on PACER of the Jill Bolton lawsuit and when I checked today I was very disappointed that Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who inherited the case from his predecessor was successful in obtaining a ruling that testimony regarding “Alleged Off-Duty Affairs by Other Employees” would be barred from trial. I was kind of hoping you folks would get all the inside scoop. 🙂 🙂

 

On the other hand when you read the order below you can imagine that both Mary Schultz and Jill Bolton are doing the Happy Dance!

If this case does go to trial it might be a dilly for Court Watchers to sit through!!

As I mentioned earlier Spokane County Prosecutor Larry Haskell is the guy most likely to be appointed by Donald Trump as the next local US Attorney. Since Aine Ahmed has been transferred to Florida, and their little disagreement regarding Muslim comments has long past, it shouldn’t be a problem. However, I’m wondering if Larry, aside from figuring out whether I’m a PID is also thinking about whether or not he really wants to jump into that mess!

First a few remarks about Episode Nine.

As it turns out even though Ozzie had a laugh about Jeff Humphrey from KXLY being present, and was confident he had caught me in yet another lie he reads the text message from Humphrey …. Oooops!

Ozzie continues to read his unfounded IA letter, and is a bit perturbed that I’m asking questions again. We have some discussion regarding about I-594 a law requiring background checks even on the private transfer of guns in Washington.

Ozzie was opposed to Initiative I-594 as were many of the gun folks, as for me the whole gun issue isn’t on my priority list although I do believe in the second amendment. What is kind of interesting about the footage is that Ozzie makes a point that the transfer of firearms between his Deputy Travis Pendell and the “unknown” friend of Roy Murray was prior to I-594 becoming law. However, Ozzie may have inadvertently made a case for enactment of I-594 when I asked “But nobody talked to this guy?” referring to the still unknown individual Pendell gave Murry’s guns to and Ozzie responded; “We don’t know who he is.” I then throw in “Pendell forgot who he was?” and Ozzie responds “Never got the guy’s name, he really didn’t care.”  As you will see I respond; “Oooh …okay!” wondering why a cop wouldn’t care who he gave the guns to.

 

To clarify for some folks who were curious regarding a question I asked Ozzie about not doing a search warrant on a property close to the murder scene:

The property I was referring to was Ken Barker’s property in Stevens County where Murray at one time frequented when Murray was a member of the 63^rd Battalion Light Foot Militia who trained on Barker’s property. Ozzie wasn’t knowledgeable enough to comment on the case if you remember.

Realistically, you would have to read the Murray Murder Case file to get the full reason behind the question.

 

Ozzie spends a lot of time trying to prove I lied about ever having a previous meeting with him. For the life of me I can’t figure out what he was trying to prove, however he does admit that he liked the proposal we did a lot of work on regarding a system that would attach some accountability throughout “Smart Justice.”

Ozzie for some reason draws a comparison between his administration and Mark Sterk’s administration, pointing out how much better Ozzie’s has been …at least from Ozzie’s perspective. Needless to say, …. HSS!

I will provide remarks tomorrow regarding Episode Ten the finale ASAP. I will point out now that THE REAL TRUTH comes out at the very end of the footage.

A few remarks regarding Episode Eight A & B before we get into Episode Nine tomorrow.

 

In Episode Eight A you might note that Ozzie states; “Travis has sued…a Mr. Maclay.” I thought at the time, gee there might be some good stuff in that lawsuit so I checked the court records to see what info I might be able to come up with regarding the lawsuit Ozzie apparently wanted the public to know about. I ran into a big problem though, there are NO RECORDS of a lawsuit between Pendell and Maclay.

Not being able to find any court records I reached out to my best buddy Scott Maclay, like any reporter would, and asked him if Ozzie was being truthful about the lawsuit. Maclay stated to me “BOLD FACE LIE!” Perhaps Ozzie was just confused again about the facts, or maybe Maclay was lying? Who knows, but the lack of court records support my best buddy Scott Maclay.

 

Each of these Episodes in my opinion are just plain WEIRD, but Episode Eight B is right up there in the weirdness category. Obviously, Ozzie makes a concerted effort to prove that I’m a liar and that I am “linked” to the select group of liars who have spoken out against him in one way or another. To do so he does everything he can to try and pump his own tires. I could care less if Ozzie wants to call me a liar and make a big public display of it, but other folks might not be so generous.

Regarding Episode Eight B, if you can give me credit for anything in this series I would think it would have to be for my ability to keep a straight face when Ozzie accuses me of “fishing” and using my “interview skills.”

I’m not sure if Ozzie is lumping Pia Hallenberg of the SR into his basket of deplorables or not when he states, “and quite frankly Pia had all this information … alright?” If so, welcome to the basket Pia, you must also be a good buddy of Scott Maclay.

As you can see Ozzie insists upon reading Hine’s letter Unfounding Maclay’s complaint against him into the camera, “I think it is important the folks hear this.,” even though I offered to post it. Ozzie mentioned several times his intent for the Public to see this video. Ozzie got his wish, and wanted to make sure I didn’t “cherry pick” the video. Whether all the un-cherry picked videos becomes problematic for Ozzie and Spokane County remains to be seen.

Since Ozzie, didn’t want to give me the Unfounding letter to post, I reached out to Scott Maclay and ask him to provide me a copy of the letter when he received it.

I thought posting this might make it easier for folks to follow along rather than having to listen to Ozzie read the letter in the camera for everyone to hear.

As Ozzie points out because he is the Boss he can do some stuff ordinarily his troops might not be able to get away with. But gee Boss at least when you pointed out, and I reiterated it, you might have a least had Hines change “of” to “or”, don’t you think, even though it is just a minor detail.

 

I wonder who the local Federal Firearms Dealer in Spokane was who received the weapons from Las Vegas. I also wonder who the person was that Pendell forgot he ended up giving the weapons to.

Personally, I thought the footage regarding Jeff Humphrey of KXLY was priceless.

I will try and get into Episode Nine tomorrow, something has come up with SPD that requires my attention!

Episode Eight A which is a short one, involves more about my best buddy Scott Maclay. A little about who undoubtedly is another best buddy Matt Shea.

 

A little about Travis Pendell’s “dilemma.”  

Also of course, Ozzie must go into what a dastardly person I am for jeopardizing the lives of police officers, and he goes into the real reason I was there that day, “actually this is why we are here today is because all of this that you put out undermines the faith and confidence of law enforcement in this area.” So, this whole expensive exercise in futility wasn’t to make me eat crow or prove I’m a liar?

If Ozzie had any hopes of shutting me up…he got the wrong Buff.

If you don’t want your home address known to the public DO NOT use it as a business address on public documents. You should do like most other businesses and use the agents address or get yourself a PO Box, or Drop Box to use. It is that simple!
