I have written several times about the lengths Law Enforcement Administrators will go to keep officers under their command from ending up being Brady Cops and those facts don’t come out until there is a civil litigation or a Federal Case is involved.

The depositions of Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich and his IA Investigator Tim Hines seem to show just that regarding Federal Civil Case No 2:15-CV-00332-TOR PAUL E. STATLER, individually, TYLER W. GASSMAN, individually, and ROBERT E. LARSON, individually.

At this point I am waiting for responses to emails I sent Sheriff Knezovich regarding some troubling aspects of his depositions before I do a story. In the meantime, here are copies of the depositions for you to read and draw your own conclusions.
