So far in the O’Brien case this is all I have received from the City. It is interesting from the standpoint of playing hide the ball. See if you can figure it out based on the IA Report, and my email in response to Ms. Farnsworth effort to consider my PRR closed.

A Couple of good stories linked below by SR Reporter Tom Clouse that prove the need for Coroner’s Inquests in Spokane County, like many of us have been saying for years. Ever wonder why ME Howard is so adamantly opposed to Inquests? Of course, the entire issue, is and always has been up to the Spokane County Commissioners.
