What Ozzie had to say about Scott Maclay to Prosecutors and other Folks in the days leading up to Ozzie’s arrest of Maclay on September 23rd, 2017?

Well, I sure did, and I’m sure Maclay’s Defense and Civil Lawyers probably wonder too. I’m sure that S/A Jennings and Deputy McClary would wonder as well.

I’m always ready to help lawyers and LEOs, so Ms. Houchin has it all ready for you, I just hope you can get copies that are more readable that the ones I got.

BTW, in case you are interested Ms. Houchin cites a case I’m quite familiar with which was handled by Mary Schultz; Tiberino v Spokane County Prosecutor 103 Wn. App. 680, 13 P.3d 1104 (1999) …you might find it interesting.
