When I opened my email this morning I found this very congenial and highly professional email from OUR elected Spokane County Sheriff responding to my simple question asking if he was planning a run for Mayor. The email was sent from his iPhone using his private email account. As you can see as of February 25^th, 2017, at 11:14 PM Ozzie says he has NO Plans to run for Mayor.

Since the email was so congenial and highly professional, I of course had to respond in like manner, while at the same time pointing out some FACTS.
