As an update: The mysterious case of Mell and Lydia Taylor (IA 14-053), even today remains as “A complaint that is closed because the investigation is unable to proceed any further at a point prior to the review process (i.e. Involved officer quits/retires, complainant does not cooperate with the process, complaint involves the elements of a crime that is in the process of prosecution, etc.)” We all know that isn’t true Tim Schwering!

  4. Condon Crony Central (CCC) has made this redaction mistake before. And man was I surprised that they were not sued; the one time Ms. Dolezal had a legitimate case and did not take legal action, even with her reputation she could have prevailed at trial.

    Had you not pointed out the mistake CCC would never have caught it. They keep doing the same (wrong) thing over and over and over and over and over…

    1. You would be surprised at the number of either un-redacted completely, or improperly redacted City documents I have. Good thing I’m not an identity thief it would be a treasure trove for one, and it isn’t like I haven’t warned people over and over.
