I have been able to confirm from various sources that Robert “Bob” West is no longer employed by the City of Spokane.

The specific reasons at this point are unknown, however once I receive responses to my Public Records Requests…we should know more.

Needless to say, I will continue to try and determine whether or not an actual assault report exists regarding Maclay assaulting Paula Knezovich.
