Could this be another one of Ozzie’s big… Oooops… that he will have to try and dig himself out of???

It very well could be! Well Ozzie… maybe not ALL People.

In case you haven’t been following the Ozzie backed lawsuit of Pendell v Matt Shea and Scott Maclay you likely wouldn’t know about Travis Pendell’s answers to some of the interrogatories in the case.

The problem with Pendell’s answer to INTERROGATORY NO. 26, is that it opens up a big can of worms as far as the IA Investigation is concerned, and of course the Ozzie backed lawsuit. If Ozzie wasn’t telling me the truth in the Ozzie/Buff Episodes…no big deal as long as you don’t get caught lying to the media is okay. Ozzie stays terribly fearful of responding to me in any way, as he knows it all will be documented and on the record. “I ask he won’t tell.” 😊

So… Is Pendell a Brady Cop like he says he is? I would imagine the Shea and Maclay lawyers are looking into that, as am I. Ozzie’s handpicked Citizen’s Advisory / Review Board (CAB) which includes Brandi Peetz and her father Robert West must know if Pendell is a Brady Cop… don’t they review all the IA Cases in their “Oversight” responsibility. I can’t imagine Ozzie not telling his CAB about a Brady Cop?

It is really easy to document that Ozzie has absolutely nothing but deep, and I mean deep, disdain for both Shea and Maclay… hell… even some of the communications between Ozzie and myself truly indicate that, so the big question is… “Will Ozzie’s arrest of Scott Maclay after the services for Freeman Hero Sam Strahan result in yet another big lawsuit we Citizens will end up paying for?”
