HOW CAN YOU EXPECT SPD TO BE TRANSPARENT WHEN THE OPOC CHAIR REFUSES TO BE?

I knew from the get go that I would have problems getting documents responsive to my May 21st, 2017 PRR and especially from OPOC Chair Deb Conklin as sources had provided me with information as to what they specifically would show, so I made sure the proper people were warned of the PRR and admonished not to destroy any public documents.

You might note in the above email from back on May 21st, 2017 I copied the City Council with the warning. I did so for a good reason, knowing the political make-up of the City Council as well as Chair Conklin’s political ideology and her close association with some of the CC Members would at some point come into play when it comes to doing the right thing. As it turns out I was right.
