  1. I think it would be funny to put in a prr for all communications between Brian Breen and all gov’t entities on the planet. I’ll even ask extraterrestrial entities because those might be the juiciest “dox” of all. hehehe

    1. Oh..oh..Rosey, I see you used my name again…bad girl.

BTW: I hope Kate Lyons was just kidding when she said “if you can’t go, send lawyers, guns and money…lol” in regards to the “Tribes move to block pipeline” story. Do you think she was kidding?

Oh… There is no question she “CAN”, anyone “CAN” use my name!!!!

          can 1
          (kăn; kən when unstressed)
          aux.v. past tense could (ko͝od)
          1.
          a. Used to indicate physical or mental ability: I can carry both suitcases. Can you remember the war?

          b. Used to indicate possession of a specified power, right, or privilege: The president can veto congressional bills.

          c. Used to indicate possession of a specified capability or skill: I can tune the harpsichord as well as play it.

          2.
          a. Used to indicate possibility or probability: I wonder if my long lost neighbor can still be alive. Such things can and do happen.

          b. Used to indicate that which is permitted, as by conscience or feelings: One can hardly blame you for being upset.

          c. Used to indicate probability or possibility under the specified circumstances: They can hardly have intended to do that.

          3. Usage Problem Used to request or grant permission: Can I be excused?
          ____________________

          may 1
          (mā)
          aux.v. Past tense might (mīt)
          1. To be allowed or permitted to: May I take a swim? Yes, you may.
          2. Used to express possibility or probability: It may rain this afternoon. See Usage Note at might2.
          3. Used to express a desire or fervent wish: Long may he live!
          4. Used to express contingency, purpose, or result in clauses introduced by that or so that: expressing ideas so that the average person may understand.
          5. To be obliged, as where rules of construction or legal doctrine call for a specified interpretation of a word used in a law or legal document. See Usage Note at can1.
can 1 Usage Note: Generations of grammarians and teachers have insisted that can should be used only to express the capacity to do something, and that may must be used to express permission. But children do not use can to ask permission out of a desire to be stubbornly perverse. They have learned it as an idiomatic expression from adults: After you clean your room, you can go outside and play. As part of the spoken language, this use of can is perfectly acceptable. This is especially true for negative questions, such as Can’t I have the car tonight? probably because using mayn’t instead of can’t sounds unnatural. While the distinction between can and may still has its adherents in formal usage, the number appears to be falling. In our 2009 survey, 37 percent of the Usage Panel rejected can instead of may in the sentence Can I take another week to submit the application? But more than half of these said can was only “somewhat (rather than completely) unacceptable” in this use, and the overall percentage of disapproval fell from more than 50 percent in an earlier survey. · The heightened formality of may sometimes highlights the speaker’s role in giving permission. You may leave the room when you are finished implies that permission is given by the speaker. You can leave the room when you are finished implies that permission is part of a rule or policy rather than a decision on the speaker’s part. For this reason, may sees considerable use in official announcements: Students may pick up the application forms tomorrow. · Like may, can is also used to indicate what is possible: It may rain this afternoon. Bone spurs can be very painful. In this use, both can and may often have personal subjects: You may see him at the concert. Even an experienced driver can get lost in this town.

      1. Breen has destroyed his credibility by his doxing antics. Anyone who understands his obsessive behavior will dismiss anything valuable he has to offer to keep city officials honest. You’d think he would realize this or his friends would advise him. Pathetic.

        1. According to the emails I’ve read so far, it isn’t me that is suffering from a credibility issue… in fact it is you, Andy, Sheila, and a few others that have real credibility issues. One thing experience has taught me is when you expose the truth about liars, frauds, hypocrites, and phonies… they always attack the credibility of the person/s who exposed them… so keep up the good work, and we will see how far you want to go with this.

I forgot to mention the stories I’ve done on you are so popular and get so much traffic, I may have to actually do a series on Andy and Sheila’s friends “The SR7″…so stay tuned…you will love them.

    1. What does it tell? That your friend is a certified “doxer”. And by your encouragement, you support this legal means of harassment. Shame on you, missy. I thought you had more integrity than that. How would you like to be a victim of doxing? I don’t think you’d like to be exposed like your friend Brian “Doxy” Breen. He is a doxing fool. Do you really want to be associated with that?

I think I will start to call Breen “Foxy Doxy” because he is one sly guy. Impressive how many profiles he manages on the SR site. The UpVote Bandit. Extraordinaire.

        1. One thing I’ve noticed about you is you have no shame and you seem to lack self respect. C’mon, Foxy. Don’t accept less of yourself. Pick yourself up. Eat right. Exercise. You aren’t even 70 yet. You could have 20 more good years to do something productive and positive. Instead, you have accepted defeat and will die trying to expose truths about peoples’ lives while your life is exposed as totally pathetic. You don’t even see how deceptive you are. The first step toward getting help is to admit your own lies. Own them. Then move on with better motivations. Otherwise, you are killing yourself with your misguided outrage.

Take the good intentions you have and use them to help society instead of trying to make others as miserable as you appear to be.

  2. Why has this blog gotten so stale?

Could it be Breen is getting advice that Doxing is something not to be proud of? In fact, it’s pathetic. Maybe even his friends have figured that out. ie, missy…

Give up the game, Brian. You are becoming a joke…

  3. Breen must be busy with his important case today. No time for petty issues like exposing Hilary Ohm for being a liberal, an activist, an environmentalist and someone who obviously doesn’t like bullies.

And interesting that Old Sarge and Missy are quiet today as well. Does anyone else wonder what they are up to?

    1. Hi Rosey…I’m back…sorry about that! It has to do with a “Gathering” not the kind of “Gathering” you are used to with your Rainbow People though, quite different actually, and air mattresses are allowed thank goodness, no “Inner Circle either.
Actually I haven’t gone through all of my emails yet…so far no advice…I’ll let you know if there is though. BTW, I gave you my email address long ago… so drop me a line or two if you want.
I see you have been busy on the SR website since I’ve been gone… along with your “extreme” Liberal friends…bad, bad girl! It does provide a really good picture of where we are today though. I wonder why the SR deleted some of your comments?
As far as “the game” is concerned…hang tough…we are only in the first quarter with lots more on the way. Thanks for following and stay tuned!

      1. Foxy, my Rainbow days are far behind me but I don’t mind you painting me that way. The video I made was to document the local Rainbow scene years after I was a part of it. My son was in the video. He experimented with Rainbow for a few years but tired of it. What you see is me exploring the roots of my counter culture life. I don’t take offense to your taunting me about it. I had an incredible time in my 20’s traveling around the country as a free spirit. Rainbow Gatherings were a highlight of my summers. I wish you could have experienced the liberation that I did. I think you would have become a better person for it.

That’s been your excuse for doxxing and you thought you could convince everyone it was true. Again, AIN’T happening pal.

    2. Nope (see above), but I’ll get back on it now as well as exposing those like you who are trying to scuttle my complaint against the City. It is important people know you and them have NO CREDIBILITY.
I admire some liberal, activist, environmentalists but not extreme ones like you, especially since you try and profit from your activism by selling those “water purifiers”. I wish you made enough money selling those to make you a deep pocket… oh well…maybe someday.
It does make sense that you as an “activist” would probably not want your identity known as well as the fact that you try and profit from your “activism” …the truth hurts sometimes…eh?
I’m also an activist you know… a truth activist…and I’ll keep right at it using my own name and own resources.
I don’t like bullies either, male or female, and I always face up to and confront them!

      1. You brought the scuttle on yourself. You would have had more support if you were not a doxer. By being a doxer, you lose credibility. Own it.

        1. Exactly. Complete hypocrite. You can’t be “the truth teller” while ghosting your IP and harassing multiple people and being banned over and over by the Spokesman Review. All of which he documented himself on this blog. His credibility is ZERO.

      2. I’m trying to profit from my activism? Oh, that is rich, no pun intended. If I wanted to really profit, I would not make my activism known. My best customers don’t share my political views. It’s always funny when I tell them my name. The reactions are classic. I should write a book just about that.

    1. Excellent question Thomas. Any sane person who reads this blog and follows the SR comment section has seen this pattern with him for years. When I started commenting 4 years ago I noticed it right away. He liked to pick on one female commentor in particular. Always correcting her posts and telling her how wrong she was and posting screen shots of her comments that at that time were 1-3 years old. Obviously he has been buidling a file on her for some time. I thought it odd how he constantly pecked at her. Of course it did escalate to a full outing. On the SR and here. In direct violation of the SR’s terms of service. Which ultimately led to his banning. Since then he has done the same to 6 more commenters. Ironically most of it is chronicled on this blog. With links to SR stories and screen shots. And most because they stood up for one of his victims. Some just because they would upvote or support a particular position of one of the 7. Let just call them the SR 7, that works. Anyways….you get my drift. The house of cards are falling. The “Truth” is out. These last two blog pieces and his comments/threats are all representative OF it.

I notice that one of your Facebook Friends is Kate Lyons a Psychotherapist-Counselor in Colville who works for the State of Washington. Looks like she even went to the same high school you did, but moved out here too. Perhaps the two of you should get together again and you could ask her about “AFPD” … you know the “Activism for Profit Disorder” it appears you have a really bad case of it.
